Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Contracts Specialist will play a critical role in reviewing and drafting various contracts, advising on complex issues, and managing claims.

This position requires a proactive individual with a robust background in the mining, engineering, and construction sectors. Your collaboration will be vital to ensure compliance and mitigate risks through effective mentoring and communication. Key Responsibilities:

- Draft qualifications and amendments for mining contracts
- Review client contractual terms for submissions
- Participate in negotiations to resolve issues
- Coordinate with teams to ensure compliance
- Assist in drafting joint venture agreements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of FIDIC or NEC contracts preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
