You will manage construction projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and address long-term facility strategies. Your leadership will guide various departments while ensuring compliance with regulations and innovation within the district. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee maintenance and technical services activities
- Manage departmental budgets and forecasts
- Supervise staff and lead performance management




- Develop preventative maintenance programs for facilities
- Coordinate emergency responses for inclement weather

Requirements:

- Seven years of facilities maintenance experience
- Five years of project management expertise
- Leadership role experience with supervisory responsibilities
- Knowledge of BC Building Code and construction law
- Valid BC driver’s license with a vehicle for business use
