• Respond to concerns and assess needs for children and youth • Build trusting relationships to support family challenges • Champion children's rights to culture and identity • Advocate for children’s best interests in legal processes • Partner with communities and service providers for support

Requirements: • Bachelor of Social Work or related degree • 2 years’ relevant experience with children and families • C6 delegation eligibility under BC laws • Compassionate, culturally informed approach • Solid documentation and accountability practices
