Join the Family Preservation team in Kapuskasing as a Family Preservation Worker. Provide critical intervention to support high-risk children and families facing severe behavioral challenges. This full-time contract role focuses on delivering intensive child behavioral management and parental training.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Social Work or Psychology and have at least three years of relevant experience. Bilingualism in English and French is essential for effective communication with diverse families. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver intensive child behavioral management support
- Conduct assessments and treatment for psychosocial issues
- Provide parenting skills training to families in need
- Work flexible schedule as required by family situations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Requirements:
- Baccalaureate in Social Work or Psychology
- Minimum three years experience in behavior management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid G2 or G Class driver’s license and vehicle access
- Bilingual in English and French Empower families through intervention and skill development as a Family Preservation Worker.
