- This clinic includes 3 physicians and is part of an expanding FHO group of 16
- Ability to add a 4th physician with 9 exam rooms in the clinic
- Support staff includes an RPN and reception staff
- Rosters are approx. 1450 & 1950 patients that includes a cross-section of ages and stages.

- Located in a medical building within a neighbourhood plaza in Kitchener with pharmacy and free parking.
- This is currently a paper practice. Ability to choose EMR of your preference.
