As a valued member of RFNOW Inc., you will engage in hands-on operations to install, maintain, and repair fiber optics. Your role will encompass splicing and testing cables, troubleshooting any defects, and interpreting work plans. Previous experience as a Fiber Optic Splicer is an advantage, but candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Splice and test fiber optic cables in various applications • Analyze test results and troubleshoot defects • Interpret placing and splicing work plans accurately • Collaborate effectively with team members for efficiency • Travel to diverse work sites as required
Requirements: • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record • Willingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends • Ability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions • Competency in OTDR testing protocols is a plus • Self-motivated with a disciplined work ethic
