We are currently seeking an experienced Field Operations Project Manager to join our Edmonton Head Office team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment and enjoys managing projects from planning through completion while leading field operations teams.

About the Role

Reporting to the Vice President, Field Operations, the Field Operations Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of industrial field projects. This position ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with client expectations while providing leadership to Project Coordinators, Field Supervisors, and temporary site personnel.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, internal departments, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure every project is delivered with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead multiple industrial field projects from award through completion.
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
- Deliver projects safely with a goal of zero incidents.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and execution plans.
- Monitor budgets, labour costs, equipment, materials,



and overall project financial performance.
- Manage project scope, changes, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support field operations and visit project sites as required.
- Oversee project documentation and reporting.
- Mentor and develop Project Coordinators and Field Supervisors.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and departmental planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and all applicable safety legislation.

Qualifications We're looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in industrial construction, fabrication, maintenance, or field services.

Required Qualifications

- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- OR
- Journeyperson trades background with significant project management experience
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience in an industrial environment
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Ability to travel to customer sites as required

Perferred Qualifications





- PMP Certification
- Membership with APEGA, ASET, or a similar professional association
- Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, or heavy industrial projects
- Knowledge of ASME, API, TEMA, or other applicable industry standards
