Through our work, we deliver insights and provide support that keep labs running smoothly and more efficiently. As a Field Service Representative for Agilent, you will work at a variety of labs, continuously learning about new instruments, software, and consumables.

Applying your communication skills, creativity, and can‑do attitude is essential to help customers solve problems and deliver high‑level customer service.

Responsibilities - Support customers with on‑site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of Agilent and multi‑vendor systems solutions.

- Install and optimize hardware, software, and networking products and configurations at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
- Perform maintenance and repairs.
- Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that may impact product performance.
- Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruptions of customers’ business.
- Deliver fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems, and applications software.




- Train other field engineers and customers on solutions.

Qualifications - Post‑secondary degree in a science field (chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology) or equivalent college degree with work experience.

- 4+ years of experience in a laboratory environment working with spectroscopy.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with Agilent instruments preferred but not essential.
- Clear, respectful, and timely verbal and written communication.
- Willingness to travel – 25% of the time; must live in the Vancouver, BC area.

Details - Full‑time weekly schedule with option to work remotely.

- Pay range: $87,864.00 – $137,288.00 CAD per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.
- Travel required: 25% of the time.
- Shift: Day; Duration: No end date.
