Drive impactful financial strategies as a Financial Advisor at Soucy. This role focuses on performance analysis and strategic financial planning within a supportive hybrid work culture. As a key member of the finance team, you will work directly with the VP of Finance.
Your primary duties will include conducting profitability analyses, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and assessing CAPEX projects for various subsidiaries. You’ll provide data-driven recommendations while continuously enhancing financial processes and reports. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses for management
- Lead profitability assessments across subsidiaries and products
- Engage in annual budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Evaluate investment opportunities and prioritize the portfolio
- Develop automated financial dashboards using BI tools Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or business
- 2 to 5 years of relevant financial analysis experience
- Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling
- Solid attention to detail and business acumen
