Our client is a leading global manufacturing company seeking a Manager, FP&A; to support strategic decision-making.

In this role, you will work closely with the Director of FP&A; and Divisional CFO to turn complex data into actionable insights and partner with Corporate FP&A; and Investor Relations on quarterly and annual reporting.

About the Chance

- Manage complex weekly financial models, forecasts, consolidations and eliminations across multiple business units.
- Lead month-end and quarter-end FP&A; reporting while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Analyze financial results, identify key business drivers and develop clear commentary for executive reporting.




- Build and adapt reporting packages to meet evolving business and leadership requirements.
- Partner with the Director of FP&A;, Divisional CFO and P&L; leaders to support strategic decision-making.
- Serve as the divisional contact for Corporate FP&A; and Investor Relations, supporting earnings releases and annual reporting.
- Leverage AI and technology to automate reporting, strengthen controls and reduce manual processes.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support the broader FP&A; team during peak reporting periods.

About You

- CPA designation
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A; experience, including budgeting, forecasting, executive reporting and business partnering
- Experience in manufacturing or a related industry
- Experience with AI-enabled analytics is preferred

Salary Range $130,000–$145,000/year
