Job Duties The role is responsible for providing food and beverage services during special events.

· Serve food to the guests and have a thorough knowledge of menu items and ingredients/allergens, able to provide suggestions and answer any questions

· Ensure goodwill, ethics, and outstanding customer relations at all times, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests

· Work with other staff to set up for catering events including setting up tables, arranging food, and restocking as necessary

· Maintain a clean and sanitized working environment and assist with the clean-up of catered events

· Relay with kitchen staff for special orders or guest dietary restrictions

· Adhere to workplace safety and food safety/sanitation regulations

· Perform other duties as assigned to meet catering needs

Skills and Experience

· Must have previous food and beverage service experience

· SmartServce certification is required

· Excellent customer service skills

· Black dress-style uniform is required

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Job Type: Part-time
