Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards, including all safety policies Responsible for the training and development of the Guest Service team and overseeing Guest Services operations Ensure Bell captain checklist is completed by the end of each shift Maintain a presence in the Lobby offering assistance to guests, opening main entrance doors and car doors upon guests’ arrival under the direction of the Guest Service manager Direct the Bell person team each shift regarding coordination of tour arrivals, departures, tour guests,
