Job Type: Full Time, Seasonal
Schedule: 10+ hours per day, 6 & 1, OT after 8hr/day or 44hr/week

Location: Edmonton and Surrounding Area’s - no direct access to public transportation
Essential: Hard-working, reliable, flexible with schedule, ability to work in physically demanding conditions
Requirements:
- Personal Reliable Vehicle
- CSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support
- Clean Driver’s Abstract, Valid Driver’s License
Pre-employment:
- Drug and alcohol testing (swab-based test)
- Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation
Foreman Responsibilities:
- Oversee, supervise and manage the day to day operations on site
- Supervisions of operators and labourers to ensure schedules and timelines are met
- Assist with troubleshooting
- Ensure equipment is maintained at the highest standards, in a timely manner
- Conduct performance and quality checks according to procedure
- Promote, execute and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture

Foreman Qualifications:
- Must have between (5) and (10) years' experience as a Foreman (Water & Sewer).
- Must have previous supervisory experience
- Must be proficient with CAT E.T., S.I.S., Komatsu, Prosis and Service Advisor
- Ability to read/troubleshoot and diagnose using hydraulic and electronic schematics
- Must be open to current learning experiences
- Exceptional organization and cleanliness skills are REQUIRED
