Analysis & Business Partnering — Diagnoses why the metrics are moving and which lever changes them, pressure‑tests the assumptions behind every result, and hands the decision‑maker a recommendation they can act on. Uses AI and spreadsheet automation to compress cycle time and harden data validation — automating the recurring work while keeping judgment on what stays manual.
