Quick Truck Lube is seeking a Front Counter Receptionist for data entry and invoicing working in a shop setting.

Job details:

- Terms of employment Permanent, Full time 35 to 48 Hours / Week, 6 days a week Monday to Saturday
- Start date As soon as possible

- Hours of operation 8:00am to 9:00pm with shift training during morning hours before settling into a mid-day shift timing TBD.

Job Requirements;

Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience

- 1 to less than 7 months
- Training provided

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Valid driver's licence, Own vehicle

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

Combination of sitting, standing, walking, work under pressure, multi-tasking,



fast paced environment

Work Site Environment:

Noisy, Dusty, Hot, Wet/damp, Odours, Cold/refrigerated

Specific Skills:

Collect and distribute service information to technicians, use of computer for invoice generation, comfortable with working in Microsoft Office applications, customer service oriented, collect service payments, answer telephone inquiries, clean immediate work areas, supervise other workers on shift.
