Lincoln Inn Fredericton is looking for a Front Desk agent. Often, this is the first and last person a guest comes in contact with. It is very important that the individual possesses a strong outgoing personality, with an ability to pay close attention to details.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Greet guests with smile and answer their questions as required.
- Check in/check out guests in a friendly and professional manner ensuring accuracy of all information/billing
- Compute bills and collect payments from guests
- Observe and report any security or other issues to the Manager
- Count and verify cash, shift activity, keys and gift certificates
- Clean and tidy front desk area and lobby
- Clean Breakfast room
- Set up breakfast room supplies for next day
- Consistent, professional and positive attitude and actions when communicating with guests and associates
- Comply with policies and procedures. Practice safe work habits and comply with sanitary, safety, security and emergency procedures

- should be able to work in a Rapid-paced environment

- Combination of sitting, standing and walking
- Must be available on required evenings (minimum 4 days a week)

Required skills and abilities
- High school graduate or equivalent
- previous customer service experience (hotel experience preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bilingual (preferred not necessary)
- Available to work any day of the week including weekends, holidays and evening shifts.
- Strong computer skills
- Reliable
- Hours of work will be from 7pm to 11pm-minimum 4 shifts a week

Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $15.90 per hour
