Position Overview & Requirements

About the Role

As our Bilingual (French/English – MANDATORY) Front Office Administrator, you will provide high-level administrative support that ensures our operations run seamlessly. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and multi-tasking in our fast-paced renovation environment. You will be our “Vice President” of first impression, our company keystone connecting sales, field operations with EXEMPLARY customer service skills while promoting the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Your proactive approach and problem-solving skills enable you to collaborate, streamline operations, support sales and facilitate seamless communications across all departments. At TriCoast, exceeding expectations everyday is what we do as is your commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities/Requirements

- Proficiency in French/English MANDATORY (speaking, written), high call/email volumes daily with customers, partners and suppliers from ALL provinces.
- Leave no stone unturned passion to “I resolve issues the first time” understand, empathize and hand-hold customers with high dollar value renovations.
- Proficient level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint, Google Analytics
- Troubleshoot issues and document all interactions in Builder Trend with the adaptability to quickly learn multiple software platforms
- Enhance our customer’s experience and seamlessly transition them to the correct departments/field operations.
- Continuously improving processes and procedures leading to 100% customer satisfaction.




- Collaborate and embody our “One Team” philosophy supporting training/mentoring peers and recent hires.
- Located on a major bus route in Brampton

Remuneration

· Salary range 42K-50K

· Benefits to begin 6 months after start date

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
