Academy of Learning Career College – Mississauga West is excited to welcome a friendly, qualified, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being the welcoming face of a student-centered environment.

As the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a positive, supportive, and well-organized campus experience every day.

Location: 3660 Hurontario St #500, Mississauga, ON L5B 3C4

Schedule: Full-time, in-person | Monday to Friday, 8:20 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Salary: $40,000 – $43,000 annually (based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for managing the front desk and supporting daily campus operations. This includes greeting students and visitors in a warm and professional manner, answering and directing phone calls and emails, and responding to general inquiries. You’ll help maintain an organized reception area, assist with scheduling and administrative tasks, and support student-related documentation and processes.

You’ll also work closely with the admissions and administrative teams,



handle sensitive information with discretion, and ensure all procedures align with Ontario Private Career College regulations. What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings excellent English verbal and written communication skills, along with a strong customer service mindset. Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred, as well as the ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality are essential, as is basic proficiency with computers, email, and office software.
