We are looking for an experienced, very organized, responsible, and well-mannered part-time receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing our front desk and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Weekday availability Monday through Thu from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm and Sunday 8:30 am to 5:00PM .

Essential Responsibilities

- Provide skilled and friendly service to all customers;
- Greeting/welcoming children and parents at arrival;
- Answer incoming phone calls;
- Maintain order in the waiting area;
- Monitor the mailbox and provide timely response to enquiries;
- Maintain and upload information in Rideau Gymnastics’ class management system.
- Implement minor changes to Rideau Gymnastics’ website.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role;
- Education: High school diploma combined with common sense;
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. computers and printers);
- Ability to work as a member of a team and the ability to accomplish tasks with little direct supervision.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
