Job Summary

We are seeking friendly and organized Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing orders, and ensuring smooth operations at the front counter. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to create a welcoming workplace for all patrons.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and seat them in the order in which they arrive;
- Familiarize customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested;
- Take customer orders and relay them accurately to relevant team members;
- Serve food and beverages;
- Clear, properly clean and set tables between uses;
- Collect payment from customers in a timely manner;
- Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate and enjoyable dining experiences;
- Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor -Can work at night shift (Day shift starts at 10:00 am & Night shift ends at 2:00 am)
