The opportunity

UMATTR is looking for a capable and product-minded Full-Stack Developer to help build and improve Career Circle , our professional networking and career-community platform.

Career Circle allows people to create professional profiles, publish projects, join Circles, participate in discussions, build connections and discover opportunities.

This is not a role for someone who only wants to complete isolated coding tickets. We are looking for a developer who can understand the product, investigate problems carefully, improve existing systems and help us build a secure, reliable and welcoming platform.

What you may work on

- Professional profiles, portfolios and account settings
- Connections, follows, notifications and activity feeds
- Circles, discussions, resources and live-session features
- Search, discovery and member recommendations
- Community moderation and reporting tools
- Admin dashboards and internal operational tools
- Email notifications and engagement workflows
- Supabase database schemas, queries and Row Level Security
- Authentication, permissions and protected content
- APIs, server actions and background processes
- Responsive interfaces and mobile usability
- Performance, accessibility and reliability improvements
- Testing, debugging and production issue resolution




- Vercel deployment and environment management
- Technical documentation and reproducible development processes

Required experience
- Robust React, Next.js and TypeScript experience
- Practical full-stack web-development experience
- PostgreSQL or comparable relational-database experience
- Experience working with authentication and permissions
- Ability to design, consume and troubleshoot APIs
- Git and collaborative development experience
- Ability to investigate bugs rather than applying temporary patches
- Strong written communication and documentation
- Care when handling user accounts and production data

Strongly preferred
- Supabase, including authentication, storage, realtime and RLS
- Vercel deployment and monitoring
- SQL optimization and database migrations
- Automated testing with Playwright, Cypress, Vitest or similar tools
- Experience building social, community or marketplace products
- Accessibility and responsive-design knowledge
- Experience converting product requirements into technical plans
