Technical Architect Pay Rate: (versatile) Contract Length: 12 months We at Raise are hiring right now for one of our Government Sector Clients. Lead data migration activities from legacy systems to a new COTS platform. Perform data profiling, data quality assessments, and legacy data analysis.

Develop source-to-target data mapping documentation. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, inconsistencies, and data quality issues. Validate migrated data for completeness, accuracy, and integrity.

Create and maintain Data Profiling Reports and Legacy Landscape Reports. Develop conceptual data models and data flow diagrams. Develop data transformation specifications and migration strategies. Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance policies and standards.

Perform root cause analysis for data-related issues and recommend corrective actions. Develop scripts and workflows to automate data collection, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation. Support vendor fit-gap analysis and COTS implementation activities.

Participate in Data Quality Assurance (DQA), testing, and validation activities. Contribute to data architecture discussions and enterprise data management initiatives. Prepare project documentation and technical deliverables.

Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. Perform additional project duties as assigned. University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Minimum 7+ years of experience working on large-scale enterprise IT projects.



Minimum 7+ years of experience in legacy system data migration projects.

Data Validation Data Migration Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SQL experience.

Data Governance Data Quality Data Integrity

Experience working on enterprise modernization projects.

Experience working within Government or Public Sector environments is highly preferred.
