Take on a Full time Counsellor position at Community Living Cambridge, focusing on empowering individuals with developmental disabilities. This role supports dignity, life skills, and is strictly for female candidates. Internal staff members are eligible for this temporary 12-month position at the Pine program.

Tasks include facilitating life skill activities and managing individual caseloads while adhering to confidentiality. The role requires working various shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays, to ensure continuous support for clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate life skill activities for program participants
- Maintain confidentiality in all interactions with clients
- Track records and finances for assigned individuals
- Execute resident programs as detailed in responsibilities
- Work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays Requirements:
- Minimum of a 2-year college diploma in relevant fields
- Prior experience with disabilities and mental health
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Good organizational skills and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of ShareVision and MS Office software Make a difference by supporting individuals in a meaningful and fulfilling Counsellor role.
