Mr. P. Potty in Cochrane, Alberta is looking for the right individual to join our dynamic team. We are seeking someone who is organized, personable, and thrives in a busy work environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and experience; however, for the right individual, we are willing to provide all necessary training.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Previous dispatching experience is an asset
- Knowledge of ServiceCore is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with varying personalities
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Takes pride in providing quality work in a timely manner
- Flexible with working hours (must be available between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, especially during busy season)
- Positive attitude and a good sense of humor
- Honest, professional, and discreet personality




- Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly phone manner
- Ability to manage a busy 4-line phone system
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Familiarity with dispatching software such as ServiceCore or similar programs
