Team Manager Role As a Team Manager at SunSpark, you'll lead from the front, fundraising face to face alongside your team while coaching, mentoring, and helping new fundraisers build their skills in the field.

You'll help bring new people onto the team, show them the ropes, and support your crew in hitting daily and weekly goals. You'll also work closely with senior leadership to build a strong team culture, keep morale high, and help develop the next generation of fundraising leaders.

What We're Looking For

- Face-to-face sales experience preferred (door-to-door, events, retail promotions, telecom, fundraising, kiosks, etc.)
- Face-to-face fundraising experience is a strong asset, and candidates with relevant experience will be fast-tracked through the hiring process.
- Great people skills and a positive attitude.




- Comfortable being on your feet and talking to recent people throughout the day.
- This role requires daily travel to different retail stores, shopping malls, plazas, and other fundraising street locations across the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge (KWC) region.
- A reliable vehicle is an asset, but not required.

What You'll Do
- Represent leading Canadian and international charities like Save the Children, Red Cross and UNICEF at retail stores, shopping malls, plazas, and other high-traffic fundraising locations.
- Engage members of the public through face-to-face conversations about causes that matter.
- Inspire people to become monthly donors and make a lasting impact.
- Travel to different fundraising locations across the KWC region with your team each day.
- Represent our charity partners with professionalism, energy, and integrity.

Pay: $22.00-$29.00 per hour
