Old Hippy Wood Products is looking for a motivated and dependable Furniture Sander & Scuffer to join our family-run team. This is a hands-on position where you’ll play an important role in preparing our handcrafted solid wood furniture for finishing.

Responsibilities

- Sand solid wood furniture, including dining tables, chairs, bedroom furniture, coffee tables, and more.
- Scuff furniture between finishing coats to ensure a smooth, high-quality finish.
- Inspect pieces for quality before moving to the next stage of production.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work with the finishing team to help keep production running smoothly.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous woodworking or sanding experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person.
