Job Summary

Join our agile team as a Gas Station Attendant and Cashier, where you will be the friendly face customers see when they stop by for fuel, snacks, or quick service. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous service at the pump and cashier station
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and credit transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of the station, including fueling areas, convenience store shelves, and restrooms
- Assist customers with product inquiries, upselling snacks or beverages to enhance their experience
- Monitor fuel levels and report maintenance needs to ensure safety and efficiency
- Manage inventory merchandising to keep displays organized and appealing
- Follow all safety procedures related to fueling operations and store security

Skills





- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Proven customer service experience in retail or hospitality environments
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong organizational skills to manage merchandising and store cleanliness
- Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good phone etiquette for assisting customers over the phone or via messaging platforms
- Time management skills to prioritize duties during busy periods
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Technical sales experience or product demo skills are advantageous but not required
- Multilingual abilities can enhance customer interactions and team communication
