- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and equipment
- Support skilled tradespeople by handing them tools and materials as needed
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure workplace for everyone
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as sweeping, trash removal, and minor repairs
- Help with site cleanup at the end of shifts to maintain a tidy work environment




- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Skills

- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects safely
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to safety guidelines
