Strengthen and align high‑performing teams in Sales, Fixed Ops, and Finance. Address performance gaps quickly, coach or make changes. Eliminate silos between Sales and Service.
Drive revenue and profit: Hit and sustain OEM targets (new, used, CSI, fixed ops absorption). Improve gross margin without creating friction in the business. Tighten used inventory management (turn and aging).
Own the guest experience: Improve CSI through process, not shortcuts. Ensure consistent execution from showroom to service. Reduce complaints and escalations.

own it. No excuses, full accountability. Lead by example and build high‑performing teams that deliver consistent results across the dealership.
