We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and service-oriented Restaurant General Manager to lead our Kinton Ramen team. This is a full-time management role responsible for daily restaurant operations, team leadership, cost control, customer experience, and overall store profitability.

Job Responsibilities

- Oversee all daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house workflow, opening/closing procedures, and shift management
- Manage full team scheduling, hiring, training, performance coaching, and staff retention
- Control food cost, labor cost, inventory, and daily P&L; to maximize store profitability
- Ensure consistent ramen quality, food presentation, speed of service, and brand standards
- Maintain full compliance with BC health & safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies
- Resolve customer feedback and operational issues professionally and efficiently
- Manage supplier communication, inventory ordering, and regular stock checks
- Oversee POS system operation, daily sales reports, cash handling, and monthly store reports
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment for staff and guests
- Assist with local marketing and promotional events to boost store sales

Job Requirements




- Minimum 2–3 years Canadian restaurant management experience (Japanese / ramen / fast-casual experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food safety, labor standards, and BC restaurant operation rules
- Proven ability to manage labor and food costs, read sales data, and improve store performance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and peak busy shifts
- Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under fast-paced pressure
- Legal right to work in Canada

Total Income= Wage + Tip = $50000-70000/year Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
