This is a full-time leadership position with approximately 50% sales and 50% personal training. Responsibilities
- Lead all membership sales and consultations
- Deliver personal and semi-private training sessions
- Build relationships and convert leads into long-term members
- Manage daily operations and member experience
- Track KPIs and consistently exceed sales targets
- Recruit, coach, and lead the training team
- Maintain a skilled, high-energy facility and culture
