In this role, you will report to the Senior Resource Geologist and focus on enhancing both short- and long-term geological resource models. Your work will support the Island Gold underground operation and occasionally the Magino open pit operation, ensuring that models consistently aid in effective mine planning and reconciliation efforts.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop geological and grade block models for mining operations • Integrate drilling, sampling, and production data into models • Support reconciliation between block models and production results • Assist with resource updates and internal reporting • Ensure QA/QC standards are maintained

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Geology or related field • 3–5 years experience in mining setting • 1–2 years in resource geology or modeling • Experience with Datamine and Microsoft Office • Eligibility for GIT or P.Geo registration preferred
