Leverage your analytical skills and benefits expertise for impactful change. As the Global Benefits Lead, you’ll oversee the design and optimization of benefits programs worldwide.

This role requires profound analytical abilities and deep benefits knowledge to turn data and market insights into strategic recommendations. Your collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors will ensure alignment with compliance, cost-effectiveness, and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize global benefits programs, including retirement and health plans
- Manage vendor selections through RFP processes and evaluations




- Ensure compliance during open enrollment and plan configurations
- Support annual pension audits and employee education sessions
- Provide expertise to resolve complex perks inquiries

Requirements:

- University degree in HR, Finance, or Business preferred
- Minimum 7 years of progressive benefits experience
- Strong analytical and Excel skills for data interpretation
- Experience with Oracle HCM or similar HRIS platforms
- Proven project management and stakeholder communication skills
