Maintain efficient relationship and client confidentiality with all International customers.

Develop and maintain good skilled relationship with main accounts and important clients.

Maintaining reports and documents pertaining to clients accordingly

Analyze and identify certain customers and pitching in for dealership. Handling the dealership process and serving them when necessary.

Manage sales, customer support and maintaining proper record pertaining to shipments. Coordinating with the courier partner to ensure hassle free shipment process.

Creating a content plan for Social Media channels and Blogs.

Co-ordination with Digital Marketing companies for social media, SEO, blogs, etc.



Registering for medical conferences, responsible in assisting and planning of conferences locally and globally. Following up with the conference leads, understanding their requirement and serving them accordingly.

Negotiating terms with Conference Organizing committee

Scheduling and Booking Flights / Hotels + Negotiation Maintaining reports of all customers

Listing of products in the respective sites

Lead generation via online sites such as Linkedin, following up with them and updating the leads in the CRM.

Updating the company website / LinkedIn Updating the arrival of new products
