Role Description As a Growth Intern at CriticAI, you will support initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for a global community of creatives. In this full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, you will assist with designing and testing growth experiments, analyzing performance data, and identifying opportunities to optimize user funnels. You will collaborate with cross-functional team members to support sales outreach, help manage small projects or campaigns, and contribute to marketing and communication efforts.

Daily responsibilities may include preparing reports, tracking metrics,



coordinating tasks, and researching market trends and competitor strategies to inform growth activities.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and provide insights that support growth initiatives.

Clear and professional communication skills for collaborating with team members and engaging with users or prospects.

Interest or experience in growth hacking and sales to help experiment with strategies that expand CriticAI’s user base.

Basic project management skills to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and support the execution of campaigns or experiments.

Comfort working with digital tools and platforms (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or analytics tools) and eagerness to learn new systems.

Self-motivated, curious, and willing to take initiative in a quick-paced, startup environment.

Enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant post-secondary program (e.g., business, marketing, analytics, communications) is an asset.

Eligibility to work on-site in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada.
