We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Hours: 16 - 24 hours a week, with possibility of 32 - 40 hours during peak season (May - October)
Shifts: Must have flexible availability, as this position does not have a set schedule. Schedule may include morning, evening, and mid-shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.
Experience/Skills:
· Previous hotel experience is preferred, with knowledge of PEP being an asset.
· Hospitality or Tourism diploma/certification is an asset.
· Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and with good time management skills.
· High standard of customer service.
· Be able to stand for long periods at a time and comfortably lift up to 50lbs.
· Willingness to learn and provide the best experience possible for our guests!
Summary of Responsibilities:
· Provide a welcoming atmosphere for our guests,
and service with a smile.
· Create/modify reservations, check guests in and out, and answer incoming phone calls.
· Assist with guest requests and questions - resolving guest issues to the best of your ability.
· Assist and communicate with other departments, as necessary.
· Complete daily/shift tasks as directed and maintain a cash float throughout your shift.
· Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel, our services, and the local area.
· Other duties may be required, and can be expanded on during the interview process.
