Since 1985, Marca College has been one of Ontario's leading Private Career Colleges, offering diploma programs in Hairstyling, Barbering, and Medical Esthetics. Our students receive hands-on training using Pivot Point International's online learning platform and professional products from industry leaders including Matrix Professional, L'Oréal Professionnel, Redken, and Dermalogica.

As one of Ontario's largest hairstyling schools, we are growing our team and are currently hiring for two full-time educator positions:

Position 1 – Hairstyling Educator (Full-Time)

Ideal for a licensed hairstylist who is passionate about sharing their knowledge and inspiring future professionals.

Position 2 – Hairstyling & Barbering Educator (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Ideal for a licensed hairstylist with strong barbering experience who enjoys teaching both hairstyling and barbering techniques.

What You'll Do

- Deliver engaging practical and theoretical instruction following Marca College's curriculum.
- Demonstrate professional techniques in cutting, colouring, styling, chemical services, and barbering (where applicable).
- Mentor, motivate, and support students throughout their educational journey.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a professional, safe, and positive learning workplace.

Qualifications




- Valid Ontario Certificate of Qualification (332A Hairstylist).
- Strong practical skills in haircutting, colouring, styling, and chemical services.
- For the Hairstyling & Barbering Educator position, strong barbering knowledge and practical experience are required.
- Excellent theoretical knowledge of the hairstyling industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to follow an established curriculum while inspiring and motivating students.
- Previous teaching or mentoring experience is an asset but is not required.

Pay: $39,900.00-$49,000.00 per year
