In this specialist role, you will oversee health and safety programs across multiple provinces, ensuring adherence to legislation and company policies. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will handle workplace incidents, workplace accommodations, and case management while being a key resource for HR inquiries. Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee health and safety program implementation and compliance • Support workplace incident documentation and management • Coordinate Joint Health and Safety Committee activities across provinces • Manage employee accommodations and leave of absence cases • Identify trends and recommend improvements in health and safety

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Health & Safety • CHRP or CHRL designation required or in progress • 3-5 years experience in HR with health and safety exposure • Knowledge of provincial employment and health & safety regulations • Strong analytical and communication skills
