Molina Healthcare: Director, Member Experience - Pharmacy (REMOTE) Location: Long Beach, CA 90802 (Remote) Job Type: Full-time Salary: $96,325.57 - $208,705.41 per year Benefits: Health insurance Molina Healthcare is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Director, Member Experience, focusing on Pharmacy, in collaboration with Plan Growth Leaders. This key position involves developing, implementing, and overseeing a strategy to achieve Molina's Medicaid membership retention objectives. The ideal candidate will spearhead strategies for various lines of business, including Medicaid (TANF, ABD, Expansion, CHIP), Medicare, and Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement pharmacy-related process enhancements to elevate member experience.

Create an enterprise tactical plan to drive Medicaid enrollment growth while emphasizing member experience and retention improvements.

Collaborate across departments to enhance member satisfaction and retention efforts.

Contribute to strategic planning for member experience initiatives and process improvements.

Analyze disenrollment data to identify and implement strategies for member enhancement.

Work with leadership to align satisfaction/retention activities with state objectives.

Qualifications Education:



Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience.

Experience: Minimum 7 years in Medicaid Managed Care, including 3 years in management.

Skills: Robust networking, negotiation, and public speaking abilities. Proficiency in process improvement (Six Sigma). Familiarity with Medicaid product lines and regulations.

Certification: Active State Life and Health and/or Disability License preferred.
