We are seeking a motivated and dependable Mechanic with 2-3 years of experience to support our maintenance team. This entry-level position offers an excellent prospect to gain hands-on experience in mechanical repair and maintenance. The ideal candidate will assist with routine tasks, learn technical skills, and contribute to the smooth operation of equipment and machinery. A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and basic mechanical knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Duties

Assist experienced mechanics with repairs, installations, and maintenance of machinery and equipment

Use hand tools and power tools to perform basic mechanical tasks under supervision

Support in diagnosing mechanical issues and performing troubleshooting procedures

Help with cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment to ensure optimal performance





Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency

Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times during work activities

Qualifications

Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in learning mechanical systems

Experience with hand tools and power tools is preferred

Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward learning new skills

Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks as needed

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
