JOB DETAILS
- On‑call 24/7 during snow events (shifts often start ~3:30 am)
- Shifts: 8–12 hrs depending on storm severity
- Location: North and West Vancouver
- $50 per day shift bonus for every snow event
- Own car, SUV, 4x4 or truck = paid at a higher hourly rate
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hard‑working, reliable, and adaptable with schedule
- Physically fit for snow shoveling, salting, and labour work
- Experience with snow removal or outdoor labour preferred
- Valid driver’s license an asset
- Safety‑conscious team player with a positive attitude
DUTIES
- Snow removal & ice control (plowing, shoveling, salting)
- Assist with equipment operations and site safety
- Maintain tools/equipment and report unsafe conditions
