We are seeking an energetic and friendly Host/Hostess to join our LeCreek Restaurant team and create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of LeCreek Restaurant, ensuring smooth check-ins, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and hospitality skills will help guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized waitlist.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Coordinate seating to ensure efficient table rotation and balanced server sections.
- Answer phone calls and respond to reservation requests and customer inquiries.
- Communicate wait times accurately and keep guests informed.
- Assist guests with special requests whenever possible.
- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance and waiting area.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Follow all health, safety, and restaurant policies.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a restaurant environment.
