Key Responsibilities
- Perform automotive reconditioning, furniture repair, and related restoration work to company and client standards.
- Mix and match colours precisely to achieve seamless repairs (application spectrum training is an asset).
- Assess damages and develop efficient, cost-effective repair solutions on the spot.
- Interpret and execute client requests with clarity and professionalism.
- Travel to job sites across Edmonton — ability to read maps and navigate city streets required.
- Maintain a valid driver's abstract (clean driving record required).
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe always.
- Manage project timelines and communicate proactively with clients and supervisors.
- Ensure all finished work meets client expectations and CRT's quality standards.
What We're Looking For Experience & Skills
- Background in automotive reconditioning, furniture repair, or a related trade.
- Experience with airbrushing, hand tools, and precision instruments.
- Ability to see, identify, and mix colours accurately.
- Strong mechanical intuition and hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Experience interpreting client needs and translating them into quality outcomes.
- Comfortable working with a variety of repair techniques and processes.
Character & Mindset
- Good character — honest, reliable, and a team player.
- Keen eye for detail with a commitment to doing the job right the first time.
- Self-motivated and able to manage your time independently on-site.
- Eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges as CRT expands.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy seats, furniture pieces, and equipment.
- Manual dexterity for small tools and accurate repair work.
- Comfortable standing, kneeling, or crouching for extended periods.
Team Support
- Follow daily schedules and work priorities as defined and assigned in Connecteam
- Communicate with supervisors regarding job progress
- Assist wherever needed to meet production deadlines
- Work cooperatively with technicians and office staff
- Represent both companies professionally
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
