Maintain work and storage areas in a clean, secure, and sanitary manner

Keep accurate records of work and supplies

Report unsafe or faulty equipment immediately

Follow daily tasks assigned by the supervisor

Identify and report any building deficiencies, and damaged or inoperable furniture, fixtures, or equipment to the supervisor Additional Responsibilities Adhere to all policies, procedures, work standards, and safety regulations





Report any observed changes in tenants’ functional and cognitive behavior that may pose a risk to the resident or others, using established communication methods

Ensure tenant rights, including confidentiality, are respected at all times

Interact professionally and courteously with residents, co-workers, and visitors

Read and understand relevant departmental and interdepartmental communications

Complete other related duties as requested by the Manager

Be prepared to respond to and assist in emergency situations What You Bring To The Table High school graduation with basic training in Housekeeping A minimum of one years’ experience in a similar position. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
