We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team! Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Manage laundry services, including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and assist with light cooking tasks as needed to support client requests
- Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
Skills
- Fluency in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities smoothly
- Experience with residential cleaning and household chores including laundry and light cooking (FOODSAFE AND WHIMIS REQUIRED - FIRST AID is A BONUS!)
- Exceptional communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety procedures
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a hospitality-oriented environment
