Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a hospitality environment. Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock toiletries as needed.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while using cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Assist with laundry duties as required, ensuring all linens are clean and well-presented.




- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and effective manner.

Requirements

- Proven experience in cleaning, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Previous custodial experience is highly desirable.
