Duties

- Supervise daily housekeeping activities across all designated areas, ensuring timely and thorough cleaning routines
- Train, motivate, and evaluate custodial staff to uphold quality standards and safety protocols
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to perform facilities maintenance tasks using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed
- Oversee cleaning procedures, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitation of high-touch surfaces
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with staff, management,



and clients to address concerns promptly and improve service delivery
- Implement heavy lifting procedures safely when moving furniture or equipment to prevent injury
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, incident reports, and maintenance activities

Experience

- Proven custodial or housekeeping management experience in a commercial or hospitality setting
- Solid knowledge of facilities maintenance techniques using hand tools and power tools
- Experience with hotel cleaning standards and procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a positive work culture
- Exceptional communication skills for clear instructions and customer service interactions
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to custodial work and facilities maintenance
