Position Summary and Job Magnitude The Housing Coordinator oversees all aspects of the building operations including; student and guest relations office administration housekeeping maintenance finance and staff development The Housing Coordinator must possess solid communication skills both verbal and written and demonstrate leadership The Housing Coordinator must be able to organize projects and establish priorities consistent with company objectives The Housing Coordinator reports to the General Manager Essential Functions and Basic Duties Demonstrates a high degree of customer serviceGenerates and ensures accurate occupancy and application reports for weekly submissionResponsible for new and returning student application processingDocuments and keeps accurate records of all student files and paperwork Student Housing Agreement Special Consideration Forms roommate requests etcFacilitate the check inout of residents and all roommate and room assignmentsUpdates and maintains access control database Works in conjunction with the Residence Life Coordinators to facilitate room changes and roommate conflictsManages room inventory and student room moves for maximum occupancyCoordinates vacant room and building cleaning Ensures room inspections are completed in a timely manner and all damagesdeficiencies are reported and charged to the appropriate accountsAssist in maintaining the standards policies and procedures of the maintenance requests and bed bug proceduresResponsible for showcasing the residence building to prospective students parents and the College communityCommunicates with key College departments International department Student Recruitment etc to ensure all housing needs are metAny other duties as assignedFinance Maintain and control operational revenues and expenses Ensure that all collection and control procedures are followed relating to accounts receivable Ensure monthlydaily and other requested reporting is completed accurately and on time Sales and Marketing Oversee Sales &
