Your leadership will guide the P&C; team in translating strategic objectives into impactful policies. Manage recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies

- Oversee HR metrics and reporting systems Proven experience in HR leadership roles
- Experience with performance management systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
