Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, this role joins a collaborative team of five HR Business Partners, each supporting their own client portfolio. In this role, youll act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, delivering both strategic insight and hands‑on HR support.

- Contribute to meaningful HR work that supports engaged and healthy workplaces Your Responsibilities - Youll provide practical guidance to managers and employees on employee relations, collective agreements, and HR policies
- In this role, youll lead workplace investigations, manage employee complaints,



and support conflict resolution processes
- Youll advise leaders on the interpretation and application of collective agreements and employment legislation
- Youll coach managers on performance management, attendance issues, and respectful workplace practices
- Youll oversee return-to-work, attendance management, and accommodation processes in collaboration with internal partners
- Youll partner with leaders and HR colleagues to support recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives Skills and Qualifications - 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR advisory or business partner responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience working in both unionized and non-unionized environments
- Solid knowledge of employment legislation, collective agreements, and policy interpretation
- Proven ability to manage complex and sensitive employee relations matters
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
- CPHR designation or progress toward certification is considered an asset
